    From Zero Online Presence to a Professional Healthcare Platform

    The Challenge

    TNR Clinic is a natural remedy and hijama clinic in East London, open 7 days a week. Despite being well-known locally and having CMA-accredited training courses, they had essentially no professional web presence. Patients couldn't find information about treatments online, and their training courses — a significant revenue stream — had zero digital visibility.

    Our Approach

    The clinic needed to go from invisible to credible in one build. We focused on three things: making every treatment easy to understand (patients often don't know what hijama or cupping therapy involves), showcasing the CMA accreditation to build trust, and making the site work perfectly on mobile since that's where most patients would find them.

    Service Pages

    Dedicated pages for every treatment the clinic offers — hijama (wet cupping), dry cupping, massage therapy, acupuncture, and more. Each page explains what the treatment is, who it's for, what to expect during a session, and aftercare. Written in plain English, not medical jargon.

    Training Course Showcase

    The clinic runs CMA-accredited hijama training courses — a significant revenue stream that was invisible online. We built dedicated course pages with curriculum details, certification information, CMA accreditation badges, and a clear enquiry flow.

    Trust & Credibility

    Practitioner profiles with photos and specialisations. CMA accreditation displayed prominently. LocalBusiness schema markup so Google shows the clinic correctly in search results with address, hours, and ratings. Opening hours (Mon-Sun, 10am-8pm) clearly visible on every page.

    Mobile-First Design

    Built mobile-first — the majority of patients search for clinics on their phones. Tap-to-call buttons, easy navigation, fast load times. Framer Motion animations for a polished feel without sacrificing performance.
